The gas that is produced in the fumigation of agricultural products is phosphine (PH3), a colorless, denser than air and flammable gas that can produce harmful health effects when inhaled in high concentrations. That’s why our work is carried out with the most rigorous equipment and methodology. Our job is to take readings and determine if the phosphine concentration is within tolerable levels.
