    Hotels are evaluated for a three-year certification, and, if certified, are annually assessed to ensure constant compliance.

    Classic
    Fundamental adherence to the standard. The Classic mark reflects a company’s dedication to environmental and social sustainability albeit on a limited scale.
    Premium
    Enhanced compliance. The minimum requirements have been effectively fulfilled through the implementation of new initiatives that surpass the standards of the program.
    Outstanding
    Exceptional compliance. This category encompasses companies whose processes have been acknowledged and certified by external entities, fostering transparency and ongoing enhancement of their standards.
